How cancellations, rescheduling, payments, deposits, and refunds are handled for lawn care, junk removal, and trailer rentals.

General Policy

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and credits depend on the service type, timing, booking status, weather, preparation already completed, and whether equipment or labor was reserved for the job.

Trailer Rental Cancellations

Trailer rental bookings reserve equipment and block calendar availability. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Same-day cancellations, blocked access, failed delivery due to customer-side issues, or canceled bookings after dispatch may be non-refundable or subject to fees.

Lawn Care Cancellations

Lawn care visits may be rescheduled due to weather, wet ground, equipment issues, or customer access issues. Recurring service may be paused or canceled by contacting T&C, but unpaid balances remain due.

Junk Removal Cancellations

Junk removal appointments may be rescheduled when notice is provided. If crews arrive and the job is canceled, unavailable, materially different, unsafe, or inaccessible, a trip charge or minimum service fee may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider or bank.

Weather and Operational Delays

Weather, unsafe conditions, disposal site delays, equipment issues, and access limitations may require schedule changes. Rescheduling due to these factors does not automatically create a refund.
