Use of Services
By using this website, requesting a quote, booking a trailer rental, approving a service, or paying an invoice, the customer agrees to provide accurate information and follow the applicable service terms, rental rules, cancellation policies, and payment requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
Online quote tools provide estimates based on customer-provided information. Final pricing may change if the job condition, access, load type, property size, obstacles, photos, or required labor differs from the information submitted.
Scheduling
Scheduling is based on availability, weather, property access, job requirements, equipment availability, traffic, disposal site availability, and other operational factors. T&C may adjust arrival windows or service dates when needed.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and clear access to the service area.
- Remove vehicles, valuables, fragile items, toys, hoses, debris, or obstacles before service.
- Secure pets and unlock gates before scheduled service.
- Disclose hidden hazards, sprinkler heads, septic areas, soft ground, overhead obstructions, restricted materials, and any access limitations.
- Pay approved charges, deposits, invoices, surcharges, and additional fees when due.
Payments
Payments may be required before booking, at completion, or on invoice terms stated at the time of service. Returned payments, chargebacks, late payments, or unpaid balances may result in paused service, collection activity, or cancellation of future bookings.
Property Conditions and Access
T&C is not responsible for issues caused by hidden objects, unsafe access, soft ground, overloaded debris, unknown utilities, undisclosed hazards, or areas the customer instructs us to enter or service.
Service Refusal
T&C may refuse, pause, or cancel work involving unsafe conditions, prohibited materials, hostile behavior, animal hazards, blocked access, unpaid balances, or inaccurate job information.
Reviews, Photos, and Communications
T&C may request customer reviews and may document work areas, trailer loads, completed services, damage concerns, access issues, and job conditions with photos or notes for business records.
