Dump Trailer Rental Agreement

Rules and customer responsibilities for T&C dump trailer rentals in Clarksville and Montgomery County, Tennessee.

Rental Acceptance

By booking the dump trailer, the customer agrees to the rental dates, rental price, prohibited items policy, cancellation policy, loading rules, and all trailer rental responsibilities listed on this page.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Extra days, delayed pickup caused by customer access issues, or requested extensions may result in additional charges.

Customer Loading Responsibility

Unless a “we load” service is purchased and approved, the customer is responsible for loading items safely, evenly, and within the trailer walls. Loads may not exceed the top rail, hang over the sides, block safe hauling, or create road hazards.

Prohibited Materials

The customer may not place prohibited, hazardous, restricted, or illegal materials in the trailer. See the Prohibited Items page for details. If prohibited materials are found, the customer is responsible for removal, cleanup, disposal, delay, rejected-load, or surcharge costs.

Weight, Overfill, and Rejected Loads

The customer is responsible for all overweight, overfilled, improperly loaded, wet-load, or rejected-load issues. Heavy materials such as dirt, brick, concrete, shingles, tile, rock, and similar dense debris require approval before booking and may be restricted or charged separately.

Trailer Placement

The customer is responsible for selecting a safe, legal, and accessible placement area. Placement areas must be firm, level, clear of low wires or branches, and accessible for delivery and pickup. T&C may refuse placement if the location appears unsafe or likely to damage property or equipment.

Driveway and Property Damage

Dump trailers are heavy, especially when loaded. The customer accepts responsibility for risks to driveways, asphalt, pavers, curbs, lawns, septic areas, irrigation systems, landscaping, underground utilities, and soft ground when requesting trailer placement.

No Moving or Towing

The customer may not move, tow, reposition, tamper with, or allow anyone else to move the trailer without permission from T&C.

Access for Pickup

The customer must keep the trailer accessible for pickup. Blocked access, vehicles in the way, locked gates, low limbs, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible loads may result in delay charges or additional trip fees.

Illegal Dumping and Contents

The customer is responsible for all contents placed in the trailer during the rental period, including items added by others. Illegal dumping, hazardous waste, prohibited items, or undisclosed materials remain the customer’s responsibility.

Photos and Documentation

T&C may photograph the trailer, placement area, loaded contents, access conditions, and any damage or loading concerns before, during, or after the rental.
